As you may know by now, I live in Indirapuram. I have my own accommodation since 2010. I bought a builder flat at that time due to shortage of funds. Recently, I have been looking for options to switch to an apartment. While doing my research I came to know that there is lot of development going on in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. It is just next to Indirapuram across hindon river. But I rarely visit that side, so I came to know about it little late.
At present there are 5 projects which I visited - Gaur Siddhartham, Prateek Grand City, SG Shikhar Heights, Apex The Kremlin and T Homes. I have heard that Nirala Builders are also going to launch their project, but not confirmed about it.
The project Gaur Siddhartham is a budget property, where they have max size of 1190 sq ft for 3 bedroom. Other options as smaller than this. They are providing very competitive rates also. I checked 3 BHK flat and found that they have provided one large balcony, by compromising the space inside rooms and drawing area. balcony looks great, but the room, kitchen size is very small for a 3 bedroom apartment.
The apartment will also be very crowded as there are more than 2500 flats on card. Construction is in full swing and hopefully they will deliver the project in next 2 years. The location is also good, as it is on a three side open plot. And proposed 45 Acre golf course and public park will be diagonally opposite to it.
It is well suited for first time home buyers.
